What data we may collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, tyre details, postcode, preferred fitting date, booking notes, payment status, messages, call records, and any information you give us when contacting us.

How we use data

We use data to create and manage tyre requests, arrange fitted tyre quotes, provide updates, process payments, resolve disputes, improve our service, keep business records, and meet legal or tax obligations.

We only share the details needed for a tyre request with the assigned fitting centre. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention and deletion

We keep request, quote, booking, and customer data only for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, legal, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and operational records.

You can ask us to delete personal data that is no longer required. Some records may need to be kept where the law, tax rules, insurance requirements, payment records, or legitimate business interests require us to retain them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you may have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and a copy of certain data in a portable format.

To make a request, include your name, contact number, booking details if available, and what you want us to review, correct, or delete.
